How to catch skip jack?

does anyone fish aaround ozark lock and dam and if so how do you catch skip jack there?

:) Yes I fish at Ozark....Too early yet for skips...but they do run there. You catch them at the end of the concrete down at the dam...with small jigs.I tie 3 in arow and reel pretty fast..they usually hang on the 1st couple of feet of water..and bite agressively. Hope this helps:)

Hey Slabmaster, I dont fish that dam, but at dardenelle they have been bitin pretty good lately. We use the same tactics to catch em. Loads o fun and the best cat bait ever!!!
