fishfinder/gps question

I would like to ask a question I am in the market for a new GPS/fishfinder and trying to choose between a Lowrance or a Humminbird also internal antenna or external antenna I would appreciate any info. Thanks

I know folks are all going to the colored screen, I found a hummingbird 161 GPS/FISFINDER INTERNAL ANT AND I REALLY LIKE IT! Oh its black and white.
