Big Flatheads

Anyone catching and big flatheads on the Mississippi River yet?

Not been there yet, but wanna go. But I know they are catching some in lakes around this area now. Sorry not much help. I think it has been flooding real bad and rain is in the immediate forecast.

I am heading to the river to fish tomorrow and will post results if we catch any flatheads.

Well we got skunked...caught nothing. The folks coming into the boat ramp said they didn't catch any either. We tried skip jack, shad, gold fish and night crawlers with no results. Maybe next time.
