I fish the mississippi now and then around elsberry and clarksville anyone have any tips for the best baits to use? thank you:big_smile:

Mel, The bait of choice would have to be "skipjack" with "shad" 2nd choice and "carp" 3rd choice. I would say in that order! Unless you have ONLY frozen in one bait and some FRESH in another one, then for sure use the FRESH on a couple rods!:wink:
