Biggest buck you have harvested

My best buck to date is the whitetail I got this past fall. If it wasnt all broken up it would have been very close to 150+,as it was it had 70"of antler.

As of now, a doe......Ive seen lots of giant bucks, but just cant close the deal.......I shot a nice 9pt this year that would have probably gone about 120" but we couldnt find it, and saw a 130" 8 pt prior to that, that i should have taken a 30 yard shot at with my bow, but oh well

17 point whitetail, 32 inch mulie that only had 7 points but an extremely heavy rack. pics were on the old board, i don't even know where the originals are now.

I have attched a picture of my biggest buck yet. I havn't had it officially scored, but I scored it around 140. It is a 10-pointer, but there are six on its right side, so I had to deduct its back two points. I shot it this year during bow season with my Matthews on October 14th.

i got an 11 pt. this past fall that scored 149. a few years back i got a 15 pt. that scored 138. i am as proud of the 138 as i got it with my bow.

The biggest buck I shot scored 120. He is a 4x5. 9 pointer. Shot him from the ground at 25 yds with my Hoyt bow. He was taken in November of 2000. Still had full velvet on his rack. Shot in Iowa. First and only buck. Numerous does. Waiting for the big one.:wink:

My biggest is the one in my avatar. I know, I know....it's not a monster by any standards, but it's my best one & I was thrilled. My husband got his best, a beautiful 9pt on the same day!!! Great day hunting!

My best deer came in 2000 and, was killed on public land. I will try to get a old pic on here (taken with regular camera, didnt have digital then) He scored 173 5/8 and had 25 scoreable points, main frame 154" 8-point w/ kickers. This year I killed 2/ 8-pointers that scored near 140 each, but are totally different racks! The 1st one was 18 1/2 inside spread and 10" g-2's the 2nd deer has a 23 1/2" inside spread and 9" g-2's. I will try and attach pics of these 2. I have a wall FULL of 120 class 7,8,9,10,12 pointers. I used to spend just about every day of the season in a stand somewhere! I have since become refined and only needed 4 days this year on my small place to kill these 2 brutes!:wink: CPR those small bucks, no matter how small your place is and some of them will live!

To me every deer you harvest is a trophy, I know guys who have hunted for over 10 years and never got a buck, and some who have never got a deer.LOL!! For some reason these guys can never close the deal .

This year i shot my first deer a doe it may be but she was big bodied. when we weighed her she weighed 197Lbs not the biggest deer i have ever shot at but she was pretty good looking. No it aint no little poodle size white tail this was a home grown utah mulie. Corn fed and big. She didnt have any fawns this year so that was a plus.

Biggest so far was only an 8 point, but very symetrical, pretty rack. Mostly a trophy to me for the memory of the hunt...I saw a doe and grunted a couple times, he came busting out of the brush running right at me. He was looking for me and grunting everystep. He found me...lol :wink:

the one on the right is my biggest. to bad he was harvested with my grill of the truck,lol. but i dont care. he looks great and gets lots of attention. hes a 12 7x5 and has a greatest spread inside of 20 1/2" beams of 19" and 20 1/2" and has 2 forked tines on right. i hit butchered and mounted him. as well as ate,lol. he was my 6th mount and sparked my taxidermy carrear i will be facing full force this year.

no official score. we roughed him in the high 150's but with the forks and the beams and the brows he looses alot. a classic example that score means didly. and his right side resembles a muley with the forked look. yet right is perfect 5x5.

Biggest buck taken on christmas eve in 2004. He scored 179 BC. He had 15 scoreable points. Shot this deer at 75 yards with black powder. Best of all I shot him out of my brothers tree. He went to his girlfriends for the evening.

My biggest rack was 6 pt, but the biggest deer was a spike last year. They ain't braggin material, but they still tasted good. I got no where to go but up in the big deer dept, keeps the interest up. If I shot a biggun long ago, then went years without getting anything I'd been frustrated.

I hunted quite a few years without getting a shot, and thought I was lucky to see a track. finally I got a small one but I was glad to get one.

my biggest was a 9 pt. 146lb dressed out. It was my first deer and it's the one on my avatar. It was great, shout it from 28 yards with my bow, watched it run 100 yards and drop. Waited in my stand for a while to make sure it was down, then made sure. Went to the truck, changed my clothes and grabbed the camera and knife, and was able to drive my truck right to it in the field. My dad just couldn't stop saying "it's not that easy"

My biggest was 3-4 years ago, almost perfect 10 pointer that went 174 5/8ths, with a rifle. I think they deducted 3-4 points if that. Ive also taken a 150+ 8 pointer with a smoke pole and a couple 120 maybe, with a bow. I should have a pic of the 10 pointer on here or at least I used to. Ive pretty much given up on beating my personal best and am mostly a meat hunter now.
