Come April if weather permitting, I'll be catfishing. I don't ice fish, but some of my buddies have good success catching fish through the ice. Usually May-August is the best time for catfishing up here. After ice-out alot of guys will be fishing the lakes and rivers for catfish, with great success.:big_smile::big_smile:

Of course it does. I've seen some big Blue Cats being caught ice fishing, and they have to let em loose...can't get em through the hole

If you are here long enough - you will get used to it, and go out even in the cold..
Just dress for the occassion.

its not iced now.. anywhere.. well maybe in a cove or 2. but everything everywhere is flowing. time to find them and catch them and set a new PB!
