any catfish in south florida

Did you ever have any luck in Florida? I live in Missouri also but was working by Tampa for a year and never found any catfish hotspots.

Florida has lots of good catfishing. A few flatheads starting to move into the panhandle and plenty of channel cats up to 20 or so pounds almost anywhere you find freshwater.

I used to live in south Florida, Hit the canals off off ol' 41(tamiami trail). Also you can hit 27 and there is alot of water from Miami to Lake Okeechobee. I caught a lot of cats in the rim canals.
