I fish near Spring Lake/210 and have had a great deal of luck there, The Cats average 2-5 lbs. I have had the best luck about a hour before dark to a hour after. While your waiting you can catch your fill of bait fish, and kill 2 birds a once. Good Luck,

prolly can fish the banks but since the dam at princeton was taken out, you cant boat it.

If you fish up in spring lake you should hit the cape fear river its the best place in NC for throphy cats.The upper and lower lil river both feed into her.If you are land locked the lock and dams are your best bet but if you can get in a boat the whole river is a great place
