I've fished the muskingum all my life and it gets kinda boring.Any good fishing spots in Ohio? :confused:

Meldahl dam is good but the gar will burn u up. :glare:

the muskingum is about my favorite spot around central ohio......maybe u should just try a different stretch of the river..?

just past anderson ferry on the ohio isn't too bad.

i've always liked the lower dam (one with only 1 roll) in hamilton. it can get a little crowded though sometimes. it's also mainly a carp hole, but the carp tend to be between 15-30 pounds when i go every time. i've seen other people pull out small ones from there, but i never have. not a good spot if you want to eat the fish though. water's not too great.
