... Ok i have a question... i usually go fishing by myself when my wife is working or she doesn't wanna go... so does anyone have any good ideas of how to take a self shot... by your self?

CC..a lot of inexpensive camera's have self timers. Set the camera on a tripod or fixed position,determine where you will be during the shot, set timer and jump in with grin.

Chris - I usually carry a tripod along and use the timer on the camera. I set the tripod up on my boat or river bank so its ready when I get a fish. You have about 8 seconds to get in position and smile! I have taken 100's of fish pics this way. If you don't want to buy a tripod, the camera can always be set on a cooler or overturned bucket, etc. Good luck!
