I just picked up a Lowrance LMS 520C, was on sale and it included an external antenna for the GPS, such a difference that made.

I am not sure of an exact model, but you should be able to get a real nice one for that type of money.

I got a Humminbird 981c SI for around 700 and paid 90 for the GPS, wouldn't trade it for the world..
