West Point Lake Report

[Slime of the South]

The water level on West Point has now come up 6.5 feet and most ramps are open. The level today is 628.32 and full pool is 635.0. The surface temp. is in the low 50's. Flathead fishing has been good up the Chattahoochee River. They have been hitting cut bait better than live since water temp. dropped. Here is a photo of a 28 pounder caught by a buddy on a recent trip we took upriver.

Thanks for the report Paul. I am going to have to get back down there again. Until recently, I had no idea there were flatheads in West Point.
