Anyone fish Lake Purdy?

We (my family) went out to Lake Purdy today. We didn't expect to catch anything, and we didn't. We always just pull into the little parking lot near the bridge and the church. The place has gotten very trashed up. Does anyone know any good spots for catfish on the lake? Also, what species of cats are in the lake?

Redneck , It has been years sense I fished there. There are some channel cats. The lake was better known for monster brim. In the spring you can find acres of beds. I did a lot of fly fishing there.

thanks for the info. i love catching bream, so ill be sure to take a boat out there this spring.
