alrighty...

I havent been around lately.,..

this summer...spring..sometime...everyone is supposed to be bush hooking /limb line-ing...

and well...this place we went this past dec. 05.. had 5 shevered lines...well..yanno my knots are strong

so we thought about adding some steel leaders onto the bush hooks...cuz yanno catfish like to shever the lines

whatta yall think???

might be good huh?

give me some ideas..

and maybe best way to tie the lil pink line or green cottonish line to them

hehe

thanks

This is fairly common on the lower Ogeechee & Savannah rivers in warm weather.380 lb.test and and heavy wire won;t stop a large Alligator from stealing your fish and bait. But Dec.5,don;t sound like a Gator.peewee-williams

I need to wake up.Otters will learn to bite through your line and steal your fish.I learned this 50 years ago.Sorry.I am getting slower and slower.peewee-williams

My understanding is that the standard steel leaders though tougher they are not particurally any stronger?
