I shot this deer on Oct 10th with five minutes to go in shooting light. My Daughter told me if I shot one she wanted to trail it. After a seventy yrd blood trail she found it. I was as proud as she was!!!!
Rick congratulations to you both, looks like your daughter was a happy girl.

Don't make the same mistake I did and use a rope. They'll chew through it and they'll be gone when you get there. Use a cable or chain.LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:smile2:

Congrats on that fine buck, & on that beautiful daughter. She's a doll; and I love the fact that she's already wearing camo! Way to go!!

I want to thank you all for the wonderful comments. It was a true treasure for her to blood trail that deer. She did it like a champ other than try to walk down two or three trails she saw along the way. Anyway, she stayed on the blood, and the look on her face when she found it was more enjoyable than harvesting it. I guess I got the best of both worlds there!! I enclosed a picture of a nice doe I got five days later!!!
