hi, was wondering if there was anyone from around lakeland that could point to a decent catfish lake?????

welcome from NE Florida. Haven't fished around Lakeland much but if you throw a 3 or 4 inch bream out in most any florida lake something is gonna take it for a ride.

memnard park just south of plant city is one of the best cat lakes in fl. it is also called turkey creek.it is a county park.has a camp ground that is fist come . very clean restrooms.the lake is all no wake.

but i know that lake real well, i live about three miles from it...lol
by the way are you gonna make it down before or rather up before the tccr...
