Rio Vista Catfishing Information and Chat

Has anyone done any fishing out around Rio Vista lately? We use to go out there quite a bit 15-20 years ago! Did pretty good on small cats and a few small stripers, Used mainly chicken livers,claim and anchovie back then !

lots of good fishing at rio vista. used to go for salmon there and in some of the areas around there for sturgeon.

fishing is still good not many cats right now unless you have a boat and can find the deep holes. There has been some striper action but still hasn't taken off. I usually fish that area let me know next time you go out maybe we can hook up and share some spots. You can try up from Rio Vista at cache slough right now that might be hitting or minor slough. I'm going over to grizzly point this weekend.
