any body fishing mark twain for cats this time of year

Not quite yet but when the water temp hits 40 i will be drifting mark twain this yr.I haven't tryed this before but have read and watched serveral shows on early season drifting.

I also hope to learn about drifting Mark Twain, but there are a lot of trees in the different arms. Last spring, I saw a lot of dead shad drifting down a branch after a couple of cold nights in the warmer part of spring. When there is a kill off like this, how far up the branch do you think the larger cats go. I guess that it will depend on how deep the water and how close to the spawn. Hannibal Mike
