I belong to a Goldwing motorcycle site and take a look at what I found! Sometimes you just don't want to leave a good fishin spot.

One guy was wondering if he could ride past a rest stop....Now we know. I thought it may be neat when it is freezing outside.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!

Love fishin' with my wife, but she does tend to take to many potty breaks. Nowdays, she just wants to stay home and hang out with the Grand Kids.

Well Tim, I bet that thing is HOT in the summertime. LOL.

IMHO, I would find the nearest tree or bushes rather than use that thing, but I must say there have been times at concerts it might have come in handy, if the men's room had of been occupied. Everyone knows there are more women in the world than men but they never allow for that when installing restrooms in public places. I've been known to knock on the men's door when there is a line for the womens. If no one is in there, then we can take over the men's room and let them stand in line awhile. Perhaps one of them will be an architect and correct the situation. :glare:

Jim, LOL!

BG, good idear! Reminds me of when I was small and we had the outhouse and a pot inside for winter. WHEW, I wish I hadn't gone there in my mind tonight. LOL

see i like that idea to a point... but if im out fishing and the girl w/ me needs to go, there is a bush around the corner... i won't look... since most of the catfishing i do is at night... noone will see anyway... heck when im out fishing and gotta go, its on the tree...

Now if those guys could find a way to do #2 like they've done #1 then i think they'd sell alotttt more to fishermen... though its just digging a hole and squatting if your on land...

I was thinking more of me needing to go. I once bass fished with a female guide and she told a story. When she had to go real bad, she laid a 45 pistol on the seat and said now boys, turn around and don't look. She dropped her pants and used the floor drain then pumped it out with the bilge pump.

Sometimes I have my daughters or there are other females around. I only fish from a boat so trees and bushes are not real close by.

My wife refuses to fish the Tennessee river with me and here is why. She and my cousin and myself were fishing and the water was pretty rough. When we got back she was mad and said I could have fallen out while running the river and you would have never known. My cousin told her that the prop noise would have changed!... Seh ain't been back since.

I fish on a lake where it is all homes! So the folgers plactic coffee container works well. The reason I use plastic is because one of the ladies cut herself on a metel can. We turn our heads and keep fishing.

Many outdoor stores sell a plastic deal i think it is called something john. It can be fitted with a "female" adapter called a lady j. My girlfriend has used it on many occasions and always makes sure i have it in the boat before we get out there, so i guess it works, and if you play your cards right you dont have to lower your pants more than a few inches.

My girlfriend goes with me most of the time, except during the winter as she hates the cold. I just keep a 3 gal bucket with a lid on it. She dosnt mind using it at all.

My wife went with me once right after we got married. She seen this little snake curled up in the middle of five little bushes from about twenty feet or so. I could not see it until I was about five feet away, I picked it up and told her it was just a little garter snake, maybe two feet long. I was going to show it to her and bam off to the car she went. Told me to take her home and she has refused to go again. She hates the outdoors though.

Hahaha, mine would p her pants before going someplace other than our bathroom. When we go shopping she will hold on till we are home rather than use one anywhere else. I told her to squat on the seat and use the public ones, I won't repeat what she said back....lol, wasn't to pleasant.

If I go fishing and my wife doesnt its only because she is ill or has something she cant get out of. Tho she has the worst luck. My son says her fish are smaller than the bait. She never complains except with the poisen ivy gets her. I am glad she enjoys it and doesnt go just to "Be with me". She even cleans her catch and her kills. Tho the first time she cried through two rabbits and a pheasant. Still hunts/fishes every chance she can.

Have to agree with tnson, boat don't move unless "Grandma" has loaded her gear. Fished with many a good fisherman and woman but the one that is the most fun is "Grandma." If I can figure it out I'll post some "pics" somtime, she's got some good'ns......I drive the boat, catch the bait, open the beer, net the fish, clean the eat'n fish, take pictures and make sure the surviviors swim away safely. If "Grandma's" happy everbody is happy.

my fiance fishes, but not a lot. I think it is better that way time apart is good for all couples, I need my time, fishing/hunting and she needs hers shopping/girl stuff (whatever her and her friends do).

besides someitmes I am sure that when i have been sitting on a bank for 5-10hrs and I am having a blast, she would probably be bored.

My wife fishes and so do both of my teenage daughters. I love to have them along (most of the time). I have a pontoon boat and a little "Porta Potty" so its no big deal to any of them.

you know i have tried to be a great boyfriend in the past , i would invite the girls along but, i have ended up in soooo many arguements i have pretty much given up on fishing with women..they usually want to be huggin' and smoochin' or whatever but, when i hear that clicker go off i am GONE!!! that tends to make them mad as all get out ...and they say my priorities are all wrong..HA HA HA.....lol:cool:

I'm in the same boat as you Damian. My fiance doesnt mind to go fishing...if it's sunny and warm, and we are fishing panfish:) ....Night fishing for cats is a different story.....

Time and time again I've got the whole priorties speech, but after 5+ years of still doing it, she has finally realized it's a way of life for me. The only girl that accompanies me now night fishing is our 5 yr old daughter.

My wife loves to fish and does well for herself. We used to fish on dates and she enjoyed them and we had a great time. I can't remember any time she was a problem fishing and most of the time she is just plain fun to be around while fishing. If she can put up with my sense of humor, she can put up with about anything.

My wife has gone with me a time or two. She did fish a bass tourney with me last year and she cought the biggest fish in our boat! We had a blast. She has not gone back since but we had a good time. She knows she can go anytime I do but we are both OK with it if she does not go.

On the other hand, my Grandmother tought me more about fishing and hunting than anyone else. Nanny had the biggest buck, biggest bass, and the black squirrel mounted on the wall. Pawpaw was pretty humble about the whole thing.

I have fished several draw bass tournaments with women and they were intense. Every one of them were great sports women. I also fish with my wife. I like fishing with women because they show genuine excitement. Not like some of the guys that holler and do back flips.

I can't leave my wife at home. She even makes me take her deer hunting with me. Though we have killed eight deer together. I shoot and she tracks, She took over when she saw a ground blind I got from bass pro." We can both hunt together now, We can both fit in there" She saids.

Now she's trying to take over the fishing. Got her own rods. Baits her own hook, CATCHES THE BIGEST FISH! And gives all the advice.

To top it off she want's to sit right beside me so that we touch when we fish. And somtimes tries to cuddle While I'm fishing.

I think I going to take up paintball:)

My wife is scared of the water, bored to death when fishing, and if her pole bends, yells for me to reel it in. I love being with her but only ask her to go fishing when the weather is perfect because I would like her to enjoy herself. This probably is not going to happen while fishing.

Mine REALLY enjoys fishing, weather it's in a boat or from shore she loves it and she baits her own hook and reels in her own fish. so I don't complain to much. just as long as she don't nag about stuff.

And do you know what my brothers of B.O.C I ha ve the best fishing partner in the whole world!

Martin, There are a few men out there like that too. Worst man I ever smelled almost knocked me down. Swamp said he must be a sheepfarmer. No offense to sheep farmers, but this man either couldn't smell or was desperate for clothes because he was in a clothing store. Whewwwwwwww wheeee, makes my nostrils burn to think about it.
Bet the cats would have liked his clothes even.

Oh yeah, I meant to say, yes I guess I do fish with women, since I am one. Used to fish with my Dad.

I knew you were joking, but I wasn't.

BTW, some men can get on your nerves fishing, especially those that never fished before or those that want to tell a woman HOW to fish, WHAT to do, and WHEN to do it. LOL.

I took my wife fishing twice. The first time, we had just bought the boat and she was complaining that it was too hot, there was no shade and I had to get her a battery powered fan. Got her a battery powered fan and an umbrella that attached to her seat. Second time she went, she carried a magazine. After 45 minutes, she announced that she had finished the magazine and was ready to go home. When I wouldn't go in, she started in. After about another 45 minutes of whining, I'd had enough. Now, I'll ask her if she wants to go with me to be polite but both of us know that we enjoy it more if I go without her. I must admit though that I'm jealous of the guys whose wives do things like this with them.

You guys are lucky you have women that share your interests. Before my wife passed on a few years ago she was my steady fishing and hunting partner. She loved to read and would always take a book with her in the field or on the water. If she got bored in the boat or waiting for a bite she would at times read and take it easy. The important thing was she was there to share the experience of the trip. Whether it was on the bank or boat we had fun. Yes and at times she outfished me. Wish she was here now to share
