up the river above ringer is getting shallow and real shallow up above brush creek and on up to bush head showls be verry careful or a jet boat but if you get ther you can catch some good cats 8

Hey baitshop hear any news about up the river round franklin, just found out Ga Power is gonna shut down the boat ramp at Whitesburg and our lake in Douglasville is gonna shut down for 24 MONTHS to clearcut and raise lake level (pretty darn low now, you have to paddle out through 8 to 14 inches of water to get to the channel soo my fishing holes are drying up so to speak)
I need new stomping grounds close to d-ville for a while.

up the river is verry low but i have some people still fishing in bush head shoals above franklin but need to use extream care.....hope this helps..:tounge_out::big_smile:

You can put small boats in at the Franklin bridge. The river level is way up. fishwestpoint.
