I don't have that model but I have the 565 that I bought 1 year ago that doesn't work now! I called the bird and they said send it in along with 65.00 and they would fix it! Well to me I think it should be replaced , the boat sits under a carport and I used it through out the winter. But when spring crappie started spawn I went out and it no worky!:angry: I wish you the best with your bird! Pappy3
