Rathbun Dam below the spillway is giving up some modest size cats. People are also catching some whopper size walleye on flats. Have to set up early because the favorite spot is on the pools on the wings of dam. But caught some skillet fish down at boat ramp in shallows on stink bait. Good Fishing!!
