Nimrod Lake catfishing is hot!

They have been tearing them up everyday . Atleast the ones who know where and how. Here is a picture from yesterday morning.We caught best count we kept was 67 and had a rod pulled in. That was crazy ,also got lines broke a few times. We tired of taking them off and releasing. Man my hands are sore too !

Junior, Can you get a big bass boat into Nimrod? I have two a Bass cat and a Dura craft, I am in partners with the Dura craft. It stays at my house and I use it anytime.

What ramp are you using, Junior? I'm fairly familiar with the lower end of the lake, but I've only been to the upper end one time.

I use several different ones. I fish from County line to Sunlight bay. My son and I were out for less than 3 hours this morning and caught 50 . we released all but 20 and had right at 60 lbs of cats. The biggest was a 6 lber. We used worms for bait on poles.
