Lower Otay

Another good lake for blues and channels. Put out a new lake record at 88.5 pounds a few months ago. Also a good panfish lake. This lake is on my top 5 for fishing lakes in So cal.

Where is this place?

It is located in San Diego off the 805. I believe the off ramp is Telegraph. Its a good lake. Killer for panfish the whole summer.
