A fishing report in the Fla. Times Union here in Jacksonville, FL said that there have been some big catfish caught in Dunn's Creek. Twenty pounders are not at all uncommon. Try cut bait or a big wad of worms fished just off the bottom. In the Oklawaha, they also talk of some monster catfish. Also, in the spillway below Rodman Dam, they say there is a good bite of catfish. Good luck...

Cuda,
Am I looking at the right Dunn's creek on my map? It looks like it's about 2 miles up river from the 9A bridge. Looks to be pretty salty, but the creek did run a good way north. didn't look like alot of water though.

Dunns Creek is south of Palatka, it connects the St.Johns to Cresent Lake. Lots of water and deep holes. The wife lost a big blue last night that bent a 2/0 circle hook, and put a 16.5 lb. in the boat.
Have a great day.
