I'm having catfish and ribs for Christmas dinner. (and if I run short on catfish Charlie willl be the first to know. LOL)

Good question,never been a big tradition in our family to have a big dinner.Something quick and easy.Maybe omelettes for a late breakfast and enchiladas for dinner.Not very dramatic for a chef...errrr..Cook

We are having Ham, fresh pecan pie, cranberries, rolls, maybe some ribs or burnt ends and the usually side dishes.
