Well went down to the Barling dam yesterday to try and get lucky on some skips:tounge_out: but there was none. However while i was there they sounded the sirens and opened the flood gates as wide as they will go:crazy: That is a rare occurance that only happens every 10-20 years any more water comes and there will be some flooding occur. On the bright side i ran into baitboat he was snagging away with a few more locals. They were kicking those spoonbills tails. I saw one go over 30 easily and several from 10-20lbs ...Everyone was hoping it would not rise anymore.

i was there this morning it is about 2 foot from parking lot it looked like the water on both sides of the dam were even

Brian, Could you still go through the tunnel to get to the dam side of the generators?

ya but theres not alot of room over there they had the generators off

What a day no skips or spoons .I think opening them gates wide open
flushed everything down to ozark. I will take today off and rest until
they start generatoring again .
