havent seen an albino before heard it was unlucky to kill an albino . that is a big buck

naw it isnt unlucky.an albino is a good sign of an unhealthy deer population,we have 2 albinos and a couple pibalds runnin around that need to be taken.

It,s unlucky if your the Deer. Hey Madkater you need to get the hide tanned on the albino. P M me if you need help on it .I do taxidermy work and have done it of the last 23 years. I will tell you how to work on it.

thanks bigcat. my dad and grandpa both are great at tanning so that covered......but i would like to learn how to properly fully cape a deer,like the skull and all,i always have a problem cutting around the eye lids and ears,is thier a trick to it?

Nice Deer!! Tennessee won't let us shoot albino's. They just haven't learned yet I guess. It's illegal here to kill one. I've attached the excerpt from our hunting regs about this. I've only seen one here, but I've heard there are a few running around in our woods. I took some pics of one while I was on temporary duty at Bluegrass Army Depot in Lexington, KY a few years ago. They sure do stand out in a crowd of deer.

Hey Mad Kater[ Kris] I have some European mounts to do.
I will keep one of them back with the hide on it. If you want to hook up
some time and do some fishing . I will bring it with me and we can go to work on it. It will take about 10 min .to do. :)
