Wapsi River

hows the wapsi for catfishing when i was little id sell my bluegill to catfishermen that used them there but i dont much about it since i dont live in iowa anymore but i go every summer to visit my dad so i was wondering what is the major species what areas of the wapsi are good were in the scott county area and what baits/rigs work best?

The Wapsi is considered a good catfish river. I am sure down near Scott county, to the Miss. should be excellent for flatheads and chanel cats.

The Wapsi is a fine river for channels upstream and even better for flatties the closer you get to the mouth,:wink:
