After 4 inches of rain Friday the river is about out of its banks again most generally makes for good flathead fishing but with the snow on the ground and wind chills in the 20's can't force my self to go try

I am in Nowata. We got the rain, but missed the snow. Thought about giving it try on Sunday when the weather is a little warmer. Looks like the end of next week should get back to that nice weather we had for awhile
