Anyone havein any luck with baitfish in the Delaware or its tributaries? Lookin to get some small shad and some gills. THANX!

Every early spring I take my 14' jon to the upper maurice and score tons of gills and perch on a little gold weighted jig/hook (made by a local). It also works great for hearing as well when they are there.

Wish I could help you out.I still have 10-12 dozen small shad frozen from last year.If I had a way to get them to you I'd send you 6 or 8 dozen. It don't look like I'll need them for a while. I'm about ready to sell all my equipment and retire from fishing. :confused2: If you're interested,PM me.

Yep Retire. I'm sick of my health keeping me from going.LOL!
I doubt if I do that but its gettin pretty old not bein able to get out.
