Really wish I could but I can't make it that far, it looks to be a couple hundred miles from me. I live by Deland.

Deland is approx.50 to 60 miles from here. We went fishing this morn. and caught approx 45 lbs of chanels. GOing to have a fish fry this weekend:smile2: we will release a few around our dock.
Wish you could make it.
Have a great and safe day.

Talk to a few of the locals that catfish this area. They have caught several that were in the high 20lb. range., and lost a couple that were larger?? Have not seen any Flatheads here but am told they are in the river.
Have a safe day.

Chuck, get on rt 17 and head to Palatka, You'll cross right over it not far out of Crescent City. Oh, and they have a catfish festival there in Aug.

Large cats can be caught in Crescent Lake too.
