Lake Hugo is located in Choctaw County, 7 miles E of Hugo, OK. It has 13,250 surface acres and 110 miles of shoreline. The dam is located on the Kiamichi River, 18 river miles upstream from its confluence with the Red River. The wooded shoreline offers excellent habitat for several species including: Flatheads, Channel Cats, Bass, Sand Bass, Drum, Crappie, Carp, and perch, with Stripers available below the spillway.
