I flat got a mental block whenever I pick up my Garman E-Trex Legend... I can't configure it... I can't read it... So, I looked around the internet and found this site...
http://www.easygps.com/default.asp (http://www.easygps.com/default.asp) At least it helped me set mine up some. Some of you old hands may have already known about this...:cool2:

I'm sure a smart guy like you can lick that legend. I used to have the e-trex vista and it was very easy to use.
easygps is a good program for transfering waypoints, but i've never used it for anything else. There is also a pay version, expertgps.
Now, check out www.geocaching.com for some fun with your gps!

last spring my hunting partner and I ran into a geocacher while spring turkey hunting. he thought it was a bear sneaking up behind him but it was a geocacher. my partner was near a cache they were searching for.
