MARK TWAIN LAKE IN MISSOURI
Me and a buddy always go Flathead fishing right before they go on the bed. Nobody ever believes we catch these fish in 2 to 3 feet of water. We use 10 to 12 inch goldfish for bait. We normally are up there from the end of April til the end of May. Then they shut off for awhile. We have been fishing those same sposts for many years now and it always seems like they are there at the same time of year. The two fish that I am holding are 54 lbs and 57 lbs. The one I have hanging up is 59 lbs.
