Lake Tuscaloosa

Any of you fish for cats in this lake? I live 5 minutes from it now and whould Love to learn how to catch them. The warrior is not far from me either but I know nothing about that body of water either.

Hi, and yes i've fished Lake Tuscaloosa alot. There are some monster flatheads there. Especially around the damn and the sharp's landing area. Clear water though so the deeper you can fish the better. I've also had great luck jug fishing most coves with any kind of drop offs. You can catch all the channel cats you want on jugs. All you need is a lb. of liver and some 3\0 circle c hooks. I go there all the time so let me know and i'll gladly help any way i can. Good fishing, Josh
