I know some good spots down there but they a long ride down river from jc landing. below a place we call jack swift and below and spot call the gator hole. we load the boat some times fishing trot lines. we go down fish the trot lines twice in a 40hp and burn a 6gal tank of gas. thats the only bad thing about it.

Jack Swift...or Dick's Swift??

may be dick swift its a sharp cruve that the water is swift with a sand bar on the right going down the river go go a mile or so below there alot

i like a place below shoe lsland with a big log pile on the left going down and a sand bar alot of people camp on the right
