Hello, I live down around Laurel, Ms. I am wanting to come to the locks and Catfish from the bank a little. I have never been there before. Can one of you tell me if it is easy to find a place to fish around them? Has any of you been fishing there lately?

Which locks do you want to fish? Pickingsville has some big cats as does Gainsville. The best bank fishing is on the west side.

where is it held? do you or anyone ever go to elm's bluff,selma,jones bluff,prarie creek or holy ground, all located on the alabama river? fichere

Sorry but there is little or no bank fishing in Coffeeville area, and what little
there is can only be reached by boat.
