uncle got a nice 10 point tonight. just a few miles from town. here is a pic. 1 slightly broken tine.

Boy thats a good looking deer there tell him congrates for me. What did he take it with and we need a story to go along with that pic.

he was in our other buddies stand. there is a bigger one in there. he said this was the mid sized one. he didn't want to shoot the bigone out of someone elses stand. shot with bow. the entry wound is visible on the shoulder. said it ran about 50 yards then heard it gasp deeply. hit it in the lung. he just called it in ay 10:pm. hes gonna get it mounted so ill have some more to add later. im getting 1/2 the meat. :wub:

he said that a few more min he wouldn't have been able to see the site pins. he saw 7 bucks tonight. this being the mid sized. there ain't to many that have permission on this land. my mouth is watering. didn't know if i was gonna get any meat this year. i always have a bud that gives me a deer or splits one with me. i just don't get into it. tried it once. long wait for a missed shot twice. lol. needed a better bow i suspect. lmao. its a nice one. ill get some more info on it soon.

That'll make a good wall hanging as well as a good meal or 3.

ya, next year i just might. i gat a girlfriend that has some good land out side of town. i may slug hunt for the first time. my deer meat hookups are slacking. i offered to pay for the tag of the first fella that shot me a doe to eat. no takers yet. :crying:

nice buck be alot of good eatin I have some ground that wont be hunted this year if anyone wants to bow hunt it lots of good size deer
