Getting started...

Folks,

I've had fun fishing for bass, but would like to hook up some big catfish sometimes. I've got a boat and live in Gilbert. Any suggestions of bait, presentation, best lake to go to?

Bartlet has been real good to me for catfishing. Check through some of the archives on Bartlett for information..

welcome to the site ! Not really sure where gilbert is but if its anywhere near globe then you would wanna go to Rosevelt for some serious flathead fishing. As far as baits & such, live bait is key. I would suggested checking out alot of the other posts on this site for specfics. As everyone has their own preferances on line/rods/reels/hooks & so on...
