Anyone in Louisiana get any Doves?

We got a few around the Opelousas area. There were plenty of birds and even more hunters. The weather was perfect and they had a few young hunters out which is always nice to see. LWDF stopped by a checked everyone got a few guys for over the limit and one for no plug in his gun. By the way he didn't kill one bird. Hope the rest of you had a great and safe dove hunt.

i got a few...most of em' were flying so high, we couldnt hit em wit xtra full chokes and # 4 2-3/4" high brass shells

SHot every one I saw flying towards La!!!!!:big_smile: :lol: No sense letting you Cajuns deadeyes get them all.Aint fair our birds migrate south just because it gets a little cool.:big_smile: :lol: Some of those migrants wont be flying very well because they are dead but didn't realize it after I shot them.Might be minus a few feathers also.:tounge_out: :ooooh:
