I was just wondering if anyone else uses a single shot rifle to deer hunt with. I use a Braztech 357 magnum single shot rifle. It is a pretty nice shooting gun. I harvested 2 deer with it last year. Does anyone else use a single shot??
Only during muzzloader season:lol: .

I guess you could call my bow a single shot, but usually one is enough.

I use a single shot 25-06. You have to be sure you can put them down in one shot though. Kinda sucks when that follow-up shot is needed. :confused2:

My brother and I both shoot Thompson Encores originally bought to muzzle load hunt with. Now we both have several centerfire deer calibers for regular season, 270, 300 Whisper, 257 Weatherby, and 308. I love the challenge of a single shot. Good luck this fall
