Friday night was different, the water is up, and the weather changed, but the plan actually worked. We had done our home work with the finder, made a plan, and stuck to it,OH MY GOSH IT DID WORK. The first flat hit at 8:30pm on friday, it was 28" from then until 5:25am saturday just small bump's, one broken rod:confused2:, and one small channel, then a good run, and, a hook up. That one measured at 42". As for the weight I can only guess, Yes I HAD NO SCALE:oops: That won't happen again   . So I have to guess 28" about 11#, 42" about 35# any how sure was a nice night. The new avitar is the 42"., I'm not sure how to post picture's yet, but I will try later. How did you all do at rosey?

Were you at Bartlett for your pb. I was at batlett mon and tues night. I had no bites on Mon and lost a few in the rocks tuesday. Were you fish up the river or in the main lake.

Here is a link that has a weight estimator based on measurements. According to their calculations, you are right on about 35 pounds. Nice fish!!

Waterdawg,
Thank's for the info on the length calculator, that's cool:cool2: ! There now is a scale in the boat, after what we went through trying to find one at 6:ooam so we could let the fish go asap, it was decided there would be one on board from now on. It is one that can be certified, but, you have to send it in. It did make me think about it though, because alot of the places we all fish down here are quite awase away from a scale and especially a certified one!, if you did get LUCKY ENOUGH to catch a record, it would be a shame to have to kill it to find out, and Ariz. law requires you to kill all fish you transport, except bait of course. Thank's again for the info! MAY ALL YOUR FISH BE BIG BADUN'S IKE>
