Kentucky River

Went to the Kentucky River Wednesday night with my son. About ten minutes after we set up, my son had one on that broke his line. About fifteen minutes later I had one to break my line. We stayed until about 4:30 in the morning and nothing else at all. I should have known better than to go to the river in August.

Ron, sorry to hear about your line breaking. Look at it this way though, now you know a spot with some bigguns. Maybe try setting your drag a little lighter, and check your line and make sure it isn't rotten. Vern

I was using 14# line, might have been some big Gar we got into.
