When do blue catfish spawn

what time to what time do they spawn and can you still catch tem or is best to go after othe cats

im not sure but here in south teexas you can catch them any time of year

cris, i did some research and found that they spawn in about 76-80 degrees which would be just about the current temps. basically if you are going to fish for the big spawners fish the same places as you would flattys. such as cut banks and hollow logs. just google it and you will find out more info.

The blues spawn in the Missouri river starting in late May and basically it will last till the 3rd week of july and they are on the feedbag now and will be until winter or as long as ya can stand to fish for them.

Like Willy said the spawn should be over, and they're starting to go on their pre-winter feeding frenzy. Should theoretically be great fishing for the next month or so.
