Schuylkill river flathead catfish

how far north do they go? i know there in the philly area big time but i was gonna fish off 78 near cabelas at a place called peace rock. any one fish this area?

They are starting to catch them around Reading

Anywhere on the Schuylkill from Philly to Reading.
For best results, try below the tailraces of any of the dams.

my cousin and I were talking about going on a road trip down to the philly area to try for some Flatheads. Anybody have a favorite spot that's not to hard to find. My cousin's brother in law lives in Westchester and grew up in philly so I'm sure he could help us find a spot. I don't know if we'll get to it this year with everything else going on, but it could be a fun trip.
