i need help fishing the river

does anybody fish the boyer river i do and catch some eaters but i want big fish i use to fish at night along shores but it gets scary down there alone i caught ones that broke 50ib test but the curren helped a little so i use a slip rig in drifting and at bottom i use chubs and night crawlers but mostley nightcrawlers they never fail

Try fresh cut bait, shad if you can get it, they will usually catch much bigger fish than worms, flatheads, channels and blues..Lokk for some current in the summer heat, and dont forget about sanbars at night..I would fish deeper water in the day, and shallow at night, look for a bend on the river with some structure.
