Down town kentucky ohio river

Any good water to fish downtown louisville area. Sunken barges, deep holes, any help would be appreciated.

Kev, If your fishing out of a boat there is some sunken barges up at the head of 12 mile island and behind 6 mile island there is a grainery, and around the bridge pilings in downtown there is some deep holes. One word of warning, if you plan on going during the day, just plan on getting pissed off at all the pleasure boaters. They don't have any respect for fisherman...

I don't have a boat, but I hear there is good fishing at the falls of the ohio. I plan on trying it very soon, maybe this weekend.
