The Kansas Biological Survey is in the process of surveying a number of Kansas lakes and reservoirs for water depth and bottom type classification. These maps will be made available online as they are produced. Attached is an example for Carbondale Lake in Osage County, and we'll soon be posting lake maps for Olathe, Lone Star, and Gardner.
