Catfishing the Brandenburg / Wolf creek area

Is there any one who fishes that area, would appreachate some pointers?
I just moved here from West Memphis, AR, and I heard the catfishing is just as great up here as is down there!!

From Brandenburg down to Alton Indiana is an awesome stretch of river to fish. A lot of deeper water right off the bank. There are some dandy fish in the area. The netters can't net it as easy as they can the shallower sections of the river. But they still seem to hit it up there. I will PM you when you get enough posts and tell you more. What kind of fishing do you do?

I catfish mostly from a boat with shad. thank for the info, going to try to get on the river this weekend.

Hi i fish this part of the river at least twice a week. It is a really good section to fish. Good ramps at brandenburg and the mouth of blue river on
the ind side.Good creeks and a old dam thats no longer there. Good fishing for all three members of the catfish family.Plus a few stripers and hybreds.
